Winter Free Concert Series in Gondola Square

When the days start getting a little bit longer during spring, that’s when the free concerts in Gondola Square kick off. Every Saturday in March and April hit the slopes all day and ski down to a free show in the afternoon. Lineup is usually announced each December for the upcoming spring skiing season. Previous lineups have included The Wailers, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, The Motet, Keller Williams, Toots and the Maytals and more! Check back for the 2019 lineup.


Keepin’ It Free Summer Concert Series on Howelsen Hill

When it’s summertime and the living is easy, head on down to Howelsen Hill located in downtown Steamboat Springs for the free summer concert series, a summer tradition since 1993. Gates open at 5 and there is usually an opening act before the main headliner. Food vendors are plentiful and local beers are for sale. Bring a blanket or camping chair and the whole family, just not fido, no dogs allowed. Lineup is usually announced in the spring for the upcoming summer. Previous acts have included Stephen Marley, JJ Grey & Mofro, Bruce Hornsby, Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Trombone Shorty, Infamous Stringdusters and more!
