Standard Amenities at Each Property:
We provide linens and towels in each of our condos. As well as supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dish detergent. In addition to all major appliances, each kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a toaster and coffee maker. Each condo also has a vacuum. We provide travel sized soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom, as well as hair dryers. There are also robes available for your use while you are staying with us. During the ski season, you will also find a sampling of local beers or wine (if you prefer) waiting for you in your condo upon check-in.
Should you require an air mattress, pack n play or high chair, please let us know before you arrive so we can have one available. A small nightly fee may be charged.
We provide free WiFi at each property and cable television. Most condos also have local phone service. Parking is also free.
Ski Season Shuttle Service:
If you are visiting during ski season, a car is not necessary. In addition to their convenient locations around the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, each property has complimentary shuttle service. There is a looping shuttle that goes from some of the properties to the gondola transit center as well as an on-call service to take you downtown, to the grocery store or out to dinner. Shuttle service typically runs from 8am – 10:45pm. We also have a cool shuttle page where you can request a ride from your phone and track your shuttle so you know when to step outside. You will be given shuttle hours and details upon check-in.
If you find yourself out after shuttle hours, Steamboat has a free city bus that runs every 20 mins until about 2am. Or you can call Alpine Taxi (970-879-2800) for a ride.
We have on-site housekeeping and maintenance staff. Unless otherwise arranged, each reservation gets a refresh service mid-way through their stay on stays of 5 nights or longer. If you should require extra towels or supplies before your scheduled service, please contact the front desk.
Upgraded housekeeping services can be arranged before or during your stay, including a daily service. Please contact the front desk at your property for pricing and service options.
We manage the entire operations for each of our properties. That means we have on-site staff at each property. We have on-site front desks, as well as housekeeping and maintenance staff. We can help with your luggage as well. We are here to help, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay should you need anything or have any questions. We are here for you!
Discounted Lift Tickets and Rentals:
Our guests have access to discounted lift tickets (when skiing 3 days or more) and discounted rentals through our partner, Christy Sports. You will receive information via email after booking on these special offers. Or give us a call to inquire about our current lift ticket offers as they vary throughout the season.
