This is a very spacious, top-floor condo with vaulted, exposed wooden beam ceilings and unique, rustic furnishings. Prepare meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dine together at the table for four, and then kick back for movie nights in the cozy living area complete with a warming gas fireplace. Right outside, enjoy the views from your private, covered balcony with a table for four.

The main bedroom has a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom. You'll also have a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living area for extra guests.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!
