Local and Fresh
Supporting local agriculture is a part of Creekside’s mission, so don’t forget to check out their Routt County Heritage Menu, featuring items made from local ingredients. Try the Birds Nest, made with poached eggs from Lucky 8 Ranch, served on microgreen from Innovative Ag. They use local ingredients whenever possible and are constantly changing their menu based on what is currently available in the area.
Creekside makes all of their delicious breads from scratch and with love, which means no chemicals and no preservatives. The Best Ever Granola (named by a customer/granola aficionado) is their own recipe, which you can enjoy while you’re here or buy in a bag to take home with you. Be sure not to miss the “Best in the Boat” award-winning Bloody Mary, made using a top-secret recipe!
