We are a group of hardworking locals who love Steamboat and want to make sure that all our guests and owners have the best experience possible. We know how to get things done while having lots of fun. We love to give recommendations for things to do and places to go in Steamboat and sometimes will share secret spots for fishing or hiking, if you are lucky! We are so proud of our RLC family and hope to get the chance to host you in Steamboat.
Our Fearless Leaders:
Combined, our resort management and rental team brings over 76 years in resort management experience. We want to create management options for resort communities that exceed expectations in service and leadership and set the highest standards in the industry.
Patrick Delaney – He provides 24 years of experience with property management in Steamboat Springs. He is a strong leader who has unprecedented knowledge of Homeowners Association operations. He lives in Hayden, Colorado on a ranch with his wife Tammie. They have two children, one involved in the equestrian business and the other is a college student. Patrick enjoys cross country skiing, baking at his coffee shop in Hayden, and antique bicycles.
Blair McNamara – He brings over 22 years of resort management experience including key senior management roles in sales and marketing. He lives in Steamboat Springs with his wife, Michelle and four children. Blair is active in the community with coaching and youth programs. In the wintertime he builds an outdoor ice rink for his kids and their friends to enjoy.
Josh Miller – He has spent over 19 years in the property management business in Steamboat Springs. His expertise in the area of customer service, communication and relationship building is an incredible asset to our partners. Josh lives in Steamboat Springs with his wife Colleen and their two children. He is an avid cross country skier, mountain bike rider and enjoys hiking with his dog.
